How to make "soft" shirt (t-shirt)?

We are a new (small) screen printing company, printing a large Standard number of brands of T-shirt, and get a lot of requests for a "style of American Apparel," "soft" (ie: the harvest, Effect Loom cotton / felt). AA is very expensive, even with rates of wholesale distributor we are paying $ 5 + AA standards (4.5 oz or so). Does anyone know of a or process so we can do in our store at home to "relax" cheaper tees? (Hanes / Jerzees / FOTL, 5.5 oz, etc..) Can we do something carefully as these fall shirts with some sort of process and after hot pressing iron or back in shape? Basically how to "shirt vintage feel cheaper shirts. Thank you!
