Mosquito bite looking shots in the groin?

I woke up one morning to find a couple of blows sting mosqutio in my area for Gooch. As the day progressed it seemed that extend to the testicles and around my penis. They bite like crazy .. especially in the mornings. I did one days in the forest or 2 above, and also got into a creek … so if this was pacing could be poison ivy or SomeType error?
